The purpose and scope of training depend on the type of work the person is going to be involved in and the installations he/she will work at. Everyone who leads, plans, performs or participates in work shall have the required level of knowledge and experience for his/her specific responsibilities.
The ability to carry out work in accordance with the WESR and WESR Instructions shall be maintained through training, and shall be repeated in regular intervals, necessary for the specific responsibilities.
