Transfer of control responsibility from PCEI to a Delegated PCEI shall be in writing and include preconditions and well-defined boundaries of the control responsibility.
Return of control responsibility
Return of control responsibility shall include the current operating status of the part of the installation and a confirmation that no work is ongoing and that all personnel, tools and equipment have been withdrawn.
